im back!
i survived my first week in college! *cheers!* hehe...
our classes started last june 7 and it was a freshmen orientation. i arrived exactly at 8:30 am and the auditorium of the philam life building was already jampacked with students! i wasn't able to get a seat and the fbc i asked couldn't find my blockmates so i sat on the carpeted floor and watched the whole program from there. sororities and different orgs gave freebies and as i walked out the building, i heard someone call my name. i hesitantly turned my head and i saw tintin! boy, was i so relieved! i thought i was gonna walk to nowhere alone. nimrod was also with tintin and we went inside the bldg to look for mark. we also found mary chris. for the rest of the walk to robinsons (we were gonna have lunch), they teased me about being late. i wasn't late.. i was exactly on time! haha.. after our lunch, we went to the OUR for our ids. nimrod was sick so we let him seat inside the guardhouse. poor guy! first day of classes and he's burning with fever. it was very hot and after falling in line for almost an hour, the five of us dispersed and went to our respective colleges. there i sat with angel (a girl i met during our enrollment day) and isabella. it really sucked coz i had to excuse myself from my blockmates, head to the restroom, and cough hard. eww! when i got back, the introduction part was over.. oh well. the next day, i was supposed to meet up with angel and isabella but i was late (as usual haha) so i didn't have any idea where the little theater was. good thing i saw this girl and she recognized me (though i didn't have an idea who she was). she phoned her friend and when we got to the little theater, i found out her name and we sat together. she was a bubbly girl and very nice! rk nga eh. hehe.. then on my right, a white girl sat beside me and i interviewed her. her name's joann and she's from mindoro. ang layo.. hehe. the welcoming banner read "welcome mga ka-bio" and if you read it aloud... "welcome mga kabayo." haha! parang ang saya saya ng biology department. the teachers looked nice and the upper classmen were very warm and welcoming. we were dismissed after the orgs introduced themselves and gave out freebies. cool! haha.. third day and we met with our profs. our first subject was bio21 (botany). introductions were made and the prof (ms. eliza l. co) discussed the syllabus. mmm.. three hours of science!!! whoah.. after bio21, our class got divided. our group had ms. j.d. agapito as our teacher and she was pregnant. she seemed nice.. at madaldal sobra! haha.. oh yeah, she gave us assignments, just like our bio teacher. jo, angel, and i were the last ones to leave the room when our section went out to get microscopes. we went downstairs and when we weren't able to find our section, we kindda panicked. the three of us stopped for a sec and asked a middle-aged man where the stockroom of kuya edgar was. we rushed to the room and finally found our section! *whew* it was crazy and the three of us laughed as we went to our section. we had lunch at robinsons coz the canteen was packed with students. robinsons place.. my new home! hahaha.. just kiddin.. math17 came and we had a diagnostic test. the questions were quite simple and it was just like a typical munsci math test... though i forgot some formulas! haha.. sasakalin ako ni mam karen! fourth day... no geology prof so we headed out the room. joann got stuck in traffic so she wasn't able to attend out first class. buti na lang wla ung prof hehe. ang saya nga kasi during geo time, angl, jem, jm, telites, and me were talking about random stuff.. including our love life! jm (she's a girl, olryt?!) and her boyfriend are already in their second year. wow! and... everyone shrieked when i showed them the picture of who-used-to-be-my jm. hawig dun sa bf ni jm na girl! hahaha.. then we talked about our blockmates. since there was no prof, we went to the third floor's catwalk or whatever you call it. there we sat and sang.. laughed and talked. it was fun! i missed genio tuloy.. 6 kmi. parang ung dati. hay.. our history professor rocks! seryoso magbigay ng punchlines. haha. i like him! he's a young prof and also a grad of upm. magkakaroon lng kami ng quiz kung may tutunog na celfone. kung wala.. automatic 100! hehe.. i hope walang tumunog na celfone samin!!! our math17 prof didn't come,too.. maagang uwian! hhmm.. jo, telites, and i went to the lib to have some books photocopied. lian was also there. gosh. she's so pretty! a real headturner. ang bait pa naman. hehe! the books were heavy and made my arm ache. hay..
buti na lang buhay pa ako! sana naman maging maganda ang mga susunod kong araw...
im planning to go to munsci on wednesday, before i go home. i wanna see jansen!!! magkikita pa kami ni hiro sa hapon.. grabe ang bait nun sakin.. nkkhiya.. lilibre pa ako sa starbucks hehe.. miss ko na festi!
