No matter what I do, I still end up eating a LOT during this season. The moment I saw delicious, inviting, yummy yummy food, my Ban List suddenly burst into ashes. I committed a lot of food sins again.. So it's a good thing that I still have my Maalox around. My mom's side relatives went here on the 23rd and that's when I started my eating spree. I did try to control myself on Christmas day (my dad's relatives went here on the 25th) I didn't drink any alcoholic/ carbonated stuff.. Umm, it isn't really my fault that my family cooks well, right? And that we're completely surrounded by good food, e.g. E-aji chips! Wooh, you guys should try the new dip-less E-aji! It's got chips as big as Lays and comparatively as delicious as the imported brand. I've tried three of their flavors and all are good, even the Spicy Bbq! We have a WHOLE BOX of that flavor and normally, I avoid spicy chips (coz it's bad for my tummy). But this one, it still makes me crave for it. LOL. Teeh. I can't believe that my dad's endorsing skills are rubbing off on me..

Oh yeah, I finally got my hands on the wheel again! I borrowed mom's car and drove to 2-E, with my cousin. Though it was only inside Soldiers Hills, they didn't want me to leave without my license.. It wasn't like I'm gonna hit another car or something.. or someone. Hehehe. Since I reaaaaaalllyyy missed driving, I set my next driving-things-to-do: practice parking, again so that I can always volunteer driving to the mall or anywhere, and drive on the.. expressway!

Dan said that he's gonna teach me to drift.. And I'm looking forward to it! Mwahahaha! >:)

Anyway, today's the 13th birthday of my brother, Miguel! Happy birthday to my biggest brother. Hehehe. I think we're going to EK.. Yey! XD

Wow, I'm up early though I slept at 3:30. I planned on staying up until 5 or 5:30 because I wanted to finished watching Baccano. But the spirits here didn't allow me (I saw. I felt.)

Yesterday was officially another great day because it was that time of the year again when MunSci people would converge and enjoy a night of music, hugs, kwentos, and good ol' high school rememberin'. Yeah, it was the Battle of the Bands. Teeh.^^ And for the first time in so many months, Jinyo was complete! Titah Cristina was there, and Jonar, St.John, JC, Bendict, Aaron, Marione. Come to think of it, ang konti pala ng Pascal '05 na pumunta.. But it was alright because it still felt like the whole family was there. =) I also saw other '05-ers.. JM also. When he saw me, he made a tampo effect: threw a bottle at my feet. Then he hugged me. LOL. It was really funny and cute! Since we missed each other much, we were a couple for just that night, complete with hhww. HAHAHA. No, there's nothing between us again and I don't care if you say that my answer is so showbiz. We're just completely comfortable with each other. :) Anyway, kids these days are very EMO. Like all the 9 bands that played were winging in that genre. I can't help but compare the previous Battles where the bands played OPM, somewhat senti, and rock songs. Plus the alumni bands were totally cool! They brought the house down and me is so proud of 'em.^^

Hhmm.. What else.. I saw lots of FRIENDS from the lower batches (I was all over the place!) and I also got to know several more from the present seniors coz of Karla. Next year, wala na kaming kakilala who're formally studying there.

*sighs*
I really miss highschool because it's where I felt that I actually belonged with the people around me, and up to now, I still have a place in their hearts. Ok, stop. Ayoko na mag-drama. I don't have to say anything for them to know that they're my irreplaceable family.^^

What I'm currently doing:
-I'm still hunting my batchmates with cameras so I can grab some pix. My eyes hurt yesterday because of the flashes. LOL.
-Watching Baccano and He is my Master
-Searching for torrents
-Wondering when I'm going to buy CDs. I still have a lot of unwatched animes and I'm downloading tons again. Aacckkk!

Me: ... *proceeds to the pc nook and reconnects the wires*

Ai: *boots* Please Log-in.
Me: OMG! Ai, you're alive! *hugs Ai*

Yay! Yay! Yay! Ai is up and running again! She really gave me scare.. *sniff* Fortunately all she needed was a whole day's rest. There are still little hang-ups but she's on her way to full recovery.

Things are looking great again.. But I'm definitely banning my brothers from using Ai.

p.s. My dad's getting okay, too, I think. I'm going to call him later. =)
p.s.2. Want to know the best way to gauge my mood? Look at the sun and feel how warm it is. Hehe.^^

RIGHT FROM THE MOMENT I WOKE UP, I FELT THAT THIS DAY WILL START AND END WITH CRAP.

To be fair, the in-betweens were very happy, giving me the heart to say that I wasn't totally neglected by the one hand controlling everything. I was able to fulfill my duties.. But puh-lease, does this really have to end in disaster?! Perhaps the events last year are haunting me. Ugh. Right now I'm fighting the strong urge to rip out anyone's hair, head, eyes... I don't choose victims.

I'll just lie in my bed and pretend to be dead. I don't want to put rationality in my thoughts for now.
DAMMIT. I HATE THIS DAY.

In calmer words: I was very stressed and tired the whole day. And upon coming home I found out that my brothers blew up AI. I'm currently using the old one. FcUkkkkk!! My hard-earned DOWNLOADS. Shimattaaa........... (X_X)

'tis the season when I'm always having loads of fun.

Fun#1: Chem31 Exam. Lol. Okay so this doesn't really count as fun (more of a nosebleed) but I had an ok feel during exam, though I almost missed answering the problems. Haha. But it started the great day so I guess this counts. :)

Fun#2: Lunch. with Jez, Kashi-chan, and my sister. We went to Rob, post-exam (theirs is Chem40) to DETOX because all we were hearing from ourselves were rants. I was supposed to spend as little as possible since I'll be buying clothes and gifts but the opposite happened: with good food comes shocking prices. Aacckk!^^After eating, we went to TOM'S WORLD and played DDR! Huh. Kahit nasa dulo pa iyon ng kawalan, dadayuhin pa rin namin 'yun sapagkat... The tokens are really cheap, costing only P5 (parang sa Festival Mall)! Being the addict that I am, I was able to set the high score in the basketball machine; I scored 201. LOL. But I'm sure it has already been replaced. Maybe I'll try again when I have the time.^^

Fun#3: Counseling. It was the longest wait of our lives, mine and Kashi-chan's. "This is it... Eto na and magbibigay-daan sa'min para makamit ang tunay naming minimithi." HAHA. We were scheduled to have the Career Placement Exam at 1pm but it took 2hours before a Guidance Counselor interviewed us and had us re-schedule the exam. While Kashi-chan and I were talking, I was secretly observing how wide our topic range would be. We started with family + our bad sleeping habits and ended up with possessions (one of our common denominators. LOL) and supernatural creatures; scary and freaky stories are always a must! Besides, we were inspired by the picture in the second floor washroom's door: a sitting and staring Samara. It was enough to send chills down our spines. Damn friggin' cool!

Oh yeah, the counselor was really nice and easy to talk to. The things, which I don't normally tell to strangers, came out just-like-that. I think it's a good sign. You see, I only have three other people in my 'world,' so the counselor encouraged me to talk to him about whatever that may be bothering me or talk to friends. Honestly, I'm still not ready to let more people in.. I don't want to because it's one of my defenses against vulnerability. I'm certain that those three people will never betray me and will always be there so I'm completely contented.. For now. But I don't know.. Let's see what'll happen in the next counseling.

Fun#4: OMAKE Christmas Party! I was 30minutes late because of the GC interview but fortunately, the party hasn't started yet when I arrived. Mabilis din kasi ako mag-teleport. Haha. I was happy because Nina-chan and RJ-kun allowed me to sit with them. Thank goodness for friends!^^ The introduction part took the longest since we had to pass around the Mokona wallet; the person who's holding the wallet when the music stops would be the one to introduce him/herself. Too bad I can't remember all the other members' names. Mattaku... Then
we played the tableau and had lots and lots of junk foods and candies! While my mind was thinking twice whether to eat or not, my hand was already picking up food. LOL. The Division Captains also gave out awards.. and much to my surprise, I won "Best Interviewee" haha. Chez said that I had the most signatures in the Amazing Race and they (I think) were impressed with my answers during the interview. Honestly I felt all lame since I didn't do anything special; I just gave them a drawing for my introduction and then answered with whatever I felt like saying.^^ The party ended with the performance of the Captains (sugoi!) and them giving out the biscuits... biscuits.. and more biscuits.^^

The only thing that I cannot forget:
Me: Oh no, fatty foods! Masisira ang diet ko.
Me: *in the middle of munching*
RJ-kun: It's going straight to your thighs.
Me: (O_O)

Fun#4. Shopping. Three things: 1) I was able to buy the shirts for reasonable prices; 2) My sister actually helped me out; 3) I was able to find a gift for Tin. Never mind the uber tiring walk (my shoes were killing me), lots of people, and stress. From Pedro Gil up to Makati, my other side dominated again, i.e. I was acting like a complete _____. Ugh. I decided to just wrap the gift and then sleep to avoid further conflict with Van. Hehe.

I had one of the BEST DAYS yesterday. No wonder the sun was shining very brightly, birds were more lively, there wasn't any traffic.. And I can't believe that my gut-feeling that Friday was going to be happy became TRUE! *sigh* :)

Umm, I also changed my hairstyle. Pinansin kasi ni Kashi 'yung buhok ko eh. HAHAHA. A lot of people commented on it, mostly that I look like a kid (Dale said I was going to Granny's house. LOL). Trying something new isn't that bad pala. And the cute part was someone held... *snickers* Anyway, Brian treated the Brown Team at Joey's Pepperoni. The black and red balloons were cool.. It was like entering a rocker restaurant or something. LOL. But it was a good place; the food was okay and so was the service. Since I was already part of the first birthday treat, I promised Brian to treat him twice, too, on my birthday bash.^^ After eating, the Team went costume hunting for our Block's Christmas Party. Wooh! I'm sooo excited because it's the first time that we are going to hold a party. Although our team loves brown, we'll be going with Green since it was what the Flip coin technique said. Yeah, everything we do is decided by that enchanted golden coin (kasi kami'y barya-naires).^^

I would love to do that. Or maybe, what I truly want is to drive at breakneck speed and then.. I don't know, hit something or suddenly fly off a cliff.

Starbucks
I was all proud an' beaming when I exited the shop... *sigh* Through hard spending work, I got the PLANNER in a month's time! *cheers* My last red cup was a PRALINE MOCHA and it was reeeeeeally yummy!

Sorry, but what I did was some sort of pride thing. I couldn't bring myself to actually ask someone to donate the final sticker. It's corny, I know. Hahaha! Well, at least I'm now free to not kill myself. I'm so over coffee (temporarily). =p

Batanes
Anyone craving for a dose of romance + humor + beautiful (and I mean beautiful) sceneries should watch this film. It wasn't as cheesy as I expected.. The lines were simple but haunting and full of emotions. I loved how the film depicted the sea as a woman in love. In the end, all she (the sea) wanted was for Pam to know that she was Rico's first love and that Pam should also completely surrender to her.

My auntie said that I should hold my wedding in Batanes, dun sa may light house, or in the island where the film was shot. Syempre medyo nagulat naman ako kasi.. Kasal?? Tsaka ko na pag-iisipan yun.. Gagawa muna ako ng homework sa BioStat. Hahaha. Kidding aside, I think it's a lovely idea. Not only would the crashing waves and sparkling sea amaze everyone, but it would really make me happy if I can share that important occasion with Mother Nature.^^



Almost everyone knows that I've been frequenting this certain coffee shop and sipping their goodies to my heart's content, also collecting stickers along every drink to get a certain give away. Unfortunately, it was only this evening that I have come to realize that I'm killing myself again because of that.

Much as I'd really love not to admit it, but my stomach's very unsettled and this is all my fault. I've been skipping meals, missing med time, indulging in coffee/cream fixes, drinking carbonated drinks, and not getting enough sleep. Yep, my destructive lifestyle is back!

Although I'm running very LOW on self control and am seemingly not doing anything about it, I'm not crazy enough to just let things go out of hand.. That's why I have decided to make peace with my GIT: I'm bringing back the original "Food and Drinks Ban List." So it's goodbye (again) to coffee, iced tea, soda, milk, juice, shakes, spicy & sour dishes, sour fruits.... tequila/ margarita/ other fun drinks, chocolates, ice cream, and chocolate cakes.

(Dammit. Can someone just shoot me now?!)




What's wrong with me?? I've tried face down, curled, blanketed, half-blanketed, on my side.. I've been all over the bed, trying to get that comfortable sleeping position again.. I. Still. Cannot. Sleep!

So I just settled myself with using the net and thinking that someone isn't letting me sleep. Sino kaya? Sana si... Hahaha! But surely I'm going to look like a zombie later.. Ugghhh. x_X


I had one hell of a FUN-all-over-CAS- o.m.a.k.e. day!

Though I completely exhausted myself from doing the tasks...

That. That was what kept on running in my head after the cashier at Mercury Drug entered the prescribed meds on the cash register. The relief that I felt the other day vanished. I thought that the medicines my Gastro doc wrote in the prescription wouldn't cost at most a thousand bucks because they're less and are only for a week. But mygawd, why, oh why did I ever think of that?? Someone should have reminded me that my doctor only prescribes the best and priciest medicine(s) there is. It's not that I'm not thankful.. I really am! My ailing GIT is doing very well now that I was even happily pouncing my way to the drugstore.. then reality slapped me. Itai...

Luckily, there were no violent reactions from mom after I texted about the amount, plus the price of the book that I need to buy tomorrow, which brought the total to a thousand+ more. Perhaps it's because she's used to buying expensive medicine (I think she even included it in the monthly budget) ? ...Or she was too far away and texting wasn't enough to let me know that she was already having a heart attack and the BP's continually rising.

Need. If it weren't for it, I personally wouldn't be enthusiastic enough to go to the drugstore, doctor, or hospital. Tama nga 'yung tv commercial ng multivitamins: Bawal magkasakit.. Because medicines are going to bring you early death. Hahaha.

As I stared at the white tablet in my hand, I felt helpless. "You're pure... plain white. You have the same size as that of Ponstan. Tasteless. You aren't a honey in the tongue; you don't slide in easily. Honestly I wouldn't believe that a single you costs P190. The Mefenamic Acid would've convinced me more." And I sighed, "Kung pwedeng display ka na lang..." *holds breath and swallows along with water*

So much for the Medical drama. Oh, have I mentioned that I saw the cutest, cutest, CUTEST guy ever?!?! I think he's very interesting and it would really make me happy if I get the chance to know him more. Errm.. Actually I was holding back hard from pinching his cheeks and completely glomping him. Hehe. I can't believe it but I'm beginning to love Mondays~~

24 days until Christmas! It was just last year that I was thinking how Christmas '07 would be like. That's time flying at super speed. And of course, associated with Christmas are gifts, sharing, love, reunions, and... gifts. Hehe. I'm starting my wish list this week and I hope I can come up with plausible gifts, a.k.a. affordable. It's not really my fault for wanting things like the new iMac, PSP, Nintendo DS, Mazda 3 (or kahit Honda Jazz), iPod Touch, a shopping spree, and a new mobile phone/PDA... Right? :P

Oohhh, I also would love to receive a Blueberry Cheesecake from Becky's! :)



Apparently, I'm getting addicted to watching my torrents download. Oddly enough, I'm actually enjoying the staring activity because I feel like they're going to go faster If I watch. The feeling of anticipation is simply strong. Hahaha! Unfortunately, the fastest one will take around 3 more hours to complete and the others, days. Ugh. I wanna watch now!

Anyhow.. I still need 11 more stickers to complete the Starbucks card! Hopefully I can get the planner in December, around Christmas break. I need 2 white cups and 9 more red cups.. The latter's expensive! 145php for tall? Quite ridiculous.. But I'm going to buy anyway. =p

And... I finally went to my gastro doctor. Although he prescribed new antibiotics, I don't have to take everything that was given to me in MMC. It means I'll be taking one medicine only. Yay!^_^
