Of typhoons and the internet
Following my blog resurrection, I've updated my Google accounts, Formspring, Tumblr, and Twitter.
What happened today? I slept in for a couple of extra minutes because it was raining hard; thought twice about going to work. Apparently, the older we get, the more waterproof we are expected to be. Say that to the stranded employees.
Bad morning, yes. I was on the verge of crying while typing a TNR, font 10, whole page, single-spaced, pw-protected word doc entry about work. My parents and I aren't exactly fond of meeting halfway when it comes to some things, well, actually only on that matter, but we do try hard to compromise. Perhaps they can't bear my current situation. Anyway, words come faster when I write or type, and straight English at that, as compared to when I talk. I can't help but revel at the fluidity of the words and enjoy the natural high that I get.
By afternoon, I have calmed down but still at my wit's end because I couldn't access Pottermore. Pffttt.
But, but, but! I got my new baby today...

The urge to squeal was successfully repressed while I was talking with the GM. Tripp is an HP i3-430. Lightweight, widescreen, HD, fast (as in) and very sleek an' handsome. He's cool like that. :D He has a different wallpaper now and I've loaded songs to keep my office files company. Got inspired by Sarah Palin's kids hence the name.
Oh Tripp, you're the only good thing that has happened to me today.
I wonder when I'm gonna say that to a real guy. LOL. Toodles!
